What we collect

Account information you provide when you create an account or fill in a form on the marketing site (name, email, hotel name, phone).

Usage data on which features are used, anonymised wherever it does not need to be tied to your identity.

Guest conversation logs that pass through Conciergia in order to provide the service. Guest content is encrypted at rest and is not used to train shared models.

How we use it

To provide the Conciergia service you signed up for — guest chat, task routing, ordering, analytics.

To respond to support questions, triage demos, and process billing.

To improve the product. We do not sell your data, and your guest conversations are never used to train shared models.

Who we share it with

Subprocessors that run our infrastructure (Google Cloud, Anthropic, Vertex AI). All subprocessors are bound by data processing agreements.

Analytics providers, in aggregate form only.

When required by law — but only after we have evaluated the request.

Your rights

You can request a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it.

You can opt out of non-essential analytics in your account settings.

You can reach our privacy team at the contact email listed in the footer.

Security

PII is encrypted at rest. Production access is role-scoped and audited.

We run regular dependency scans, code reviews, and pre-deploy security checks.
